Forms Overview

The Forms feature in EstateMin helps you identify, track, and manage the government forms required for estate administration. This feature is currently in beta.

📋 How It Works

The Forms tab on the matter detail page is organized into two sub-tabs:

Matter Forms

  • Shows all forms you have added to track for this specific matter. Each form displays its form number, name, description, status, and a link to the official form. You can filter by status: All, Not Started, In Progress, or Complete.

Browse All

  • Lets you discover forms relevant to your matter. This includes AI-powered form recommendations and a complete list of all forms available for your jurisdiction.

💡 Note: If the Forms tab is not visible on your matter, it may be because the matter is in a state that is not yet supported.

⏳ Form generation - Coming soon

EstateMin will use the client and estate information you've already entered to fill forms automatically, with a focused review step to verify everything before submission.
