How to Customise Client Portal Branding

You can customise the look and feel of the Client Portal to match your firm’s brand. Changes are previewed in real time before you save.

🎨 How do I customise the branding?

  1. Go to Account Settings and scroll to the Client Portal section.
  2. Under Branding, adjust the following settings:
    • Primary colour — Controls buttons, step numbers, and key interface elements.
    • Secondary colour — Controls background accents and card highlights.
    • Status colour — Controls the colour of completion checkmarks and progress indicators.
    • Font — Choose a font for the portal (defaults to system-ui).
    • Firm logo — Check "Use firm logo on client portal" to display your logo at the top of the portal. You must upload a logo in Firm Details first (Learn more)
  3. Use the Preview panel on the right to see your changes in real time.
  4. Click Save client portal branding when you are happy with the result.

You can click on the preview to open a larger view of the Client Portal with your branding applied.


🔄 Can I reset to default?

Yes, click the Reset to defaults button at the bottom of the Client Portal section. This will revert all branding settings to the EstateMin defaults.


💡 Good to Know

  • Colours can be set using the colour picker or by entering a hex code directly.
  • Branding changes apply to all Client Portals across your firm, including existing portals.
  • To use your firm logo on the portal, you need to upload it under Firm Details first. The checkbox will be disabled until a logo is saved.
