How to Invite Your Client to their Client Portal
Inviting your client to the Client Portal ensures they can securely provide estate information. For security reasons, a client cannot log in unless they have first been invited. If someone attempts to sign in without an invitation, no login email will be sent.
Follow the steps below to invite a client for the first time or resend an invitation if needed.
🔐 Before You Begin
To send an invite, make sure:
The client is added to the Estate Overview
- They must be listed as an Executor or Administrator.
- The email added here is the email that will receive the invitation.
✉️ How to Send a Client Portal Invitation

Open the estate matter in EstateMin.

Click the Client Portals tab.

Select Manage Client Portals.

Click Send Invite.
Your client will receive an email containing:

A link to the Client Portal sign-in page

Instructions for first-time access
🔁 How to Resend a Client Portal Invite
If a client has been invited but has not yet logged in, EstateMin allows you to resend the invitation.

Go to the Client Portals tab on the matter.

Locate the client in the list.

If they have never logged in, a Resend Invite button will appear.

Click Resend Invite to immediately send a new portal email.
You can also view the Last Sent Date to confirm when the most recent invitation was issued.

Clients may access the login page at any time using:
https://app.estatemin.com/client-portal
(They must still have been invited before they can successfully sign in.)
