How to Remove a Matter from EstateMin

You can remove a matter directly within EstateMin. This action removes the matter from EstateMin only and does not delete or change the matter in Clio.

Steps to Remove a Matter

  1. Navigate to the Matter you want to remove.

  2. Click Edit on the Estate Overview tab.

  3. Click Remove.

  4. Confirm the action by clicking Yes, remove.

Once confirmed, the matter will be removed from EstateMin.

What Happens to Clio Data?

Removing a matter from EstateMin does not affect your data in Clio. Any matter information, contacts, or documents that were synced with Clio will remain in Clio.

If you need to remove the matter or related data from Clio, this must be done directly within Clio.

Can a Removed Matter Be Linked Again?

Removed matters cannot be re-linked automatically.
