Using AI-Powered Form Recommendations

EstateMin's AI can analyze your estate's characteristics and recommend the government forms that are most likely required. This saves time by surfacing relevant forms instead of browsing through the entire catalog.

Form Recommendations is currently in beta and may not be accurate. Please carefully review recommendations. We will be consistently improving this feature and would love any and all feedback. 

🤖 How to Generate Recommendations

1. Open the matter and navigate to the Forms tab.
2. Click the Browse All sub-tab.
3. Click Generate Recommendations.
4. The AI will analyze the estate's details (probate type, state, assets, debts, people, etc.). This may take up to a few minutes.
5. Once complete, the recommendations appear under "Suggested for this estate."

📊 Understanding Recommendations

Each recommended form includes:

• The form number and name.
• A priority level: high, medium, or low.
• A reason explaining why the form is recommended for this particular estate.

➕ Adding Recommendations to Your Matter

1. Review the suggested forms.
2. Select individual forms by clicking on them, or use Select All to choose all recommendations.
3. Click Add Selected to add the chosen forms to your Matter Forms list.
4. Use Deselect All to clear your selection if needed.

🔄 Refreshing Recommendations

Recommendations are cached after the first generation. If you have made significant changes to the matter (e.g., added new assets or changed the probate type), click Regenerate to get updated recommendations. The timestamp of the last generation is shown for reference.
