What Happens When You Complete All Portal Steps
What Happens When You Complete All Portal Steps
Once you’ve completed all five steps in the Client Portal, you’re all done — and EstateMin will let you know. Here’s what to expect after you finish your final step.
🎉 Completion Confirmation
After you complete your final step, a confirmation message will appear on screen thanking you for completing the portal. This message will let you know that your attorney has been notified and will review your submissions. If anything else is needed, your attorney will follow up with you directly.
Click OK to dismiss the message and return to the portal.
📬 What Happens Next
When you complete all five steps, two things happen behind the scenes:
- Your attorney is notified. An email is sent to your law firm confirming that you’ve completed all of your portal steps. They’ll review your submissions and reach out if they need anything further.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email. A confirmation email will be sent to you as well, summarising that your steps are complete. This email also includes a short feedback request — we’d love to hear how you found the portal, whether it was helpful, and if there’s anything we could improve.
🔓 Can I Still Access the Portal?
Yes. Completing all five steps does not lock you out of the portal. You can continue to log in at any time to review your submissions, upload additional files, or make updates if your attorney requests changes.
💡 Good to Know
- You don’t need to complete all steps in one sitting. You can log in and out as many times as you need and pick up where you left off.
- If your attorney needs you to make changes after completion, they’ll contact you directly and you can update the portal accordingly.
- Your feedback is optional but appreciated — it helps us make the experience better for everyone.
