How to Add Completed Form Files to the Form Table
After completing a form, you can link the completed document to the form entry in EstateMin. This creates a convenient reference between the form tracker and the actual completed file.
📎 How to Link a File to a Form
- Open the matter and navigate to the Forms tab.
- In the Matter Forms sub-tab, click on the form you want to attach a file to.
- If the form is not there you can add the form, learn more
- Click Attach file
- Select the completed form file from your computer.
- Click Save
💡 Key Points
- Completed form files are also stored in Clio, just like other estate documents.
- Linking a file to a form does not change the form's status — you still need to update the status separately.
- You can view the official blank form at any time by clicking the View button, which links to the government source.
