Adding a Form to Matter Forms Table

You can browse the catalog of forms available for your matter's jurisdiction.

🔍 How to Browse Forms

1. Open the matter and navigate to the Forms tab.
2. Click the Browse All sub-tab.

📋 What You'll See

The forms catalog includes:

• State-level forms — Specific to the matter's state (Massachusetts, Ohio).
• County-level forms — Specific to the matter's county where available (e.g., Cook County, Illinois).

Each form shows its form number, name, and a View button that links to the official government source for the form.

1. Click the Add button next to any form
2. Click the Added button or navigate to the Matter Forms tab
