The Forms feature in EstateMin helps you identify, track, and manage the court forms required for Probate and Trust Administration matters. This feature is currently in beta.
š How It Works
The Forms section, opened from the left panel on the matter page, is organized into two tabs:
āMatter Forms
ā
Shows all forms you have added to track for this specific matter. Each form displays its form number, name, status, whether it has been filled, when it was last updated, and actions to Manage or download it. Forms are sorted by status: Not started forms appear at the top, In progress in the middle, and Complete at the bottom. Use Search matter forms to quickly find a form.
āForm Library
ā
Lets you discover forms relevant to your matter. This includes AI-powered form recommendations and a complete list of all forms available for your jurisdiction.
š Why Don't I See Forms on My Matter?
Forms appears in the left panel of a matter only when both of these are true:
The matter type is Probate or Trust Administration. Forms is not available on Estate Planning matters.
The matter is in a state where court forms are available. See Which States Are Court Forms Available For in EstateMin.
To check the matter type and state, look at the matter details row just below the matter name. Click Edit to change them. See Editing Matter Details After Linking.
š” Good to Know
The Form Library contains court forms for probate and trust administration. Estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney and transfer on death deeds (TODDs) are not included.
In states with county-specific forms, such as Texas and Illinois, the Forms section still appears when no county is set, but the county's forms only show in the Form Library once you set the County on the matter. See Adding Recommended Forms to Your Matter.
⨠AI Form Filling
In supported states, EstateMin AI fills court forms using the client and estate information already on your matter. You review what was filled, complete any remaining fields, and save the finished PDF to Clio. See How to Fill Court Forms with AI in EstateMin.
The states with AI form filling are marked ā
in Which States Are Court Forms Available For in EstateMin. AI form filling for other states is coming soon.
